Kellen Humphries was born in San Diego, California and raised in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He began playing the guitar and writing songs at the tender age of 15.

 

He has performed and recorded music in a variety of genres but has landed in what some would classify as the alternative camp with such names as John Mayer, Jason Mraz, and Ed Sheeran.
